We can provide small matching grants to encourage the groups in Trinidad and Tobago to raise the funds they need for their projects, but we would like to use these to help strengthen the ability of the local groups to find the funds within the local community.
Celebrating Mothers Event
The event ‘Celebrating Mothers’ was geared towards celebrating Mother’s Day and high on the agenda was the prize giving for their Essay Competition that allowed Deaf students, between the ages of 10-17yrs old, the opportunity to write on the following topic:
“Why I Love My Mother”
OUR PROJECTS
Our goal is to collect and organize people who are interested in helping others improve their lives and connect them with those in Trinidad and Tobago who are actively interested in changing the lives of their children for the better.
The project has a modest budget that is largely devoted to financing useful trips and support part of a small office in Roxbury.
